How to Use:
Preheat grill to medium (350°F – 400°F).
Place thawed Johnsonville sausage in each compartment of the grill plate.
Place grill plate onto grill, over direct heat, and close grill lid.
After approximately 8 minutes, turn links over; close grill lid.
Continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes, until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F.
CAUTION: Grill plate will become hot during use. Welder’s-quality BBQ gloves are recommended.
GRILLING TIP: Always use heat-resistant nylon, silicone or wood utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the grill plate. Never use metal tongs, forks or knives.
